        Ruined my comforter. Brought my UGG comforter in for dry cleaning that has fragile stitching. I notified the lady at the counter for need of enhanced precaution due to the fragile stitching. She looked at me then at the comforter and flatly said ok. I should have taken my comforter and left at that time as that was not so promising of response. However, I didnt. I picked up my comforter today, and it seems they didnt take listen to me and now there are snags all over my expensive comforter. Very disappointing to pay $50 and have my comforter ruined even when I notified them for need of increased delicacy. Will not be returning. Ill take my business back to magic touch cleaners and tailors on Daniel Webster Highway.
