10/10 salon experience. I was already really blonde but was looking to add a little extra oomph and brightness to my root and crown area. Seanna was outstanding from the moment I sat down in her chair: she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, we had a really great time chatting while she did my hair, and the finished color & cut is fantastic and Im SOOO happy with it! I rebooked with Seanna and cannot recommend her enough!

Exceedingly rude staff, we felt unwelcome the entire time I was there with my wife and 2 daughters. Will never come back. Keep your ridiculous business practices and hiring of 16 year olds to manage your stores, we will look for hair products with out judgement and unwelcoming staff online. If I could give you zero stars I would, my experience was appalling, do better.

I was helped by GRACE (who gets a 10 STAR rating from me!!!!!) she was so helpful & patient! Sometimes I need to ask a question multiple times to understand someones answer. She got this! She helped me find an amazing product that I fell in love with, Morphe skin tint with spf. This is where the three stars come in. Ulta should show when a product has been discontinued! The whole display was still up! I would have asked for another product to be shown to me had I known it was discontinued. So I have to go this week to get color matched for something else.
