They came when they said they would. The job was a difficult one because the tank had never been pumped and it was older that I want to admit to. The professionalism, attitude, and service was OUTSTANDING!
I will be calling them back in about 2-3 years and I'm looking forward to having them service the tank. Can't say enough positive things about the experience.
Oh, by the way, I had contacted another local septic company (before calling Bancroft/Silva) and they refused to do the job saying it would be 'too difficult'. Bancroft/Silva was great
