Milano's Pizza

Ordered a takeout meatball sub today. Absolutely the worst sandwich I have ever tasted. Meatballs tasted like what I imagine dog food would be like. Had to throw it away. They used to have good food, but things have definitely gone down hill. Never again for me.

I had to leave it was a very hot day and there was no AC. That was my first time visiting.

I've been a long time customer and always very happy with the quality of food and customer service. I placed an order this evening, gave them an additional 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was told the order wasn't put in. I showed her the number I called as they have multiple locations. No apology... She took my order and said it would be 15 minutes if I stayed. I told her I was going to leave but I'd send my son to pick it up... 15 minutes turned into 25 minutes. I questioned why it would take longer if I didn't stay, she did not have an explanation and it was written all over her face that she didn't care nor was she interested in hearing anything I had to say. She was rude and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed. This is my go to for takeout but I'm not interested in giving them my business because of how poorly the situation was handled.
