Terrible service called to discuss an issue the staff was rude and then hung up on me Do not recommend and I will never use valvoline ever again. The worst state inspection service Ive ever had overpriced compared to anyone else took at least 25 minutes longer than anyone else and they are extremely nitpicky. I suggest you choose anywhere else to get your services. Wish I could leave 0 Stars it is that terrible.

Terrible service, took an hour which is far longer than any inspection I've ever gotten for an overpriced 20 more than any inspection and then failed my truck which is a 2019 in pristine condition. Do not recommend going here. Would leave zero stars if I could. After 15 years of getting my oil changed here I will NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. And thanks for your soulless auto response. There's nothing wrong with my truck. Your inspector is just terrible at his job.

Great service. Love the customer service record keeping and recommendations. Even cleaned out acorn fragments from air filter. While charges are a bit high, they regularly offer and accept discount coupons. Got a prompt safety inspection done here.

Ive never written a review online for anyone but these guys definitely deserve it. Came in a day ago for an oil change and was informed there was some leaking from the service while getting another service done from a different company nearby. The Valvoline team informed me there were no leaking issues, but to ease my mind, they offered to redo the oil change free of charge. HUGE shoutout to Matt, Stephen and Aaron for going the extra mile to help me out. Ive been going here for years now, and will continue doing so. Great service, efficient and every person Ive talked to that works there is extremely nice.
