I moved here about a month ago and so far, I'm enjoying my new home/community. It was a delight working with Tressa, she was very professional in her interactions with me and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Relocating to a new community never mind a new state can be very stressful, however, Tressa was able to make this experience a very pleasant one for me. I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to move to this community!!!

Could not have a better experience! Downsizing and selling a large home during COVID absolutely brought challenges. Looking for a new place to call home brought the same challenges. Jamie was wonderful to deal with and so sympathetic to my needs. She called back one day stating that a townhouse was now available and was I interested. I watched the online virtual tour and agreed site unseen. Even when signing the lease and given keys to townhouse, I was still a bit nervous. I can only say that when I arrived to the townhouse and opened the door, I was immediately in love with my new home. It was all that Jamie stated ... and more. It brought tears to my eyes during a very difficult time. Hoping to be a long time resident here!

Our entire experience with Red Oak at The Ridge in Milford NH has been delightful. Our positive experience started with Katelyn who works in the leasing office. She is extremely responsive, courteous, and very accommodating of our requests. She helped us multiple times before moving in and continues to assist us even once we are moved in. The maintenance staff here is exceptional, polite, and professional. Special call out to Ralph (Maintenance Manager) & Dan who permanently repaired a minor issue in a very timely manner. The entire maintenance team does a great job, the buildings and grounds are well groomed and kept clean. You can tell the entire Red Oak team takes pride in their work. As far as the neighborhood itself, it is quiet and peaceful and close to so many amenities. Modern and spacious apartments. Great place, even better people. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to rent in this area.

We are from out of state and We are going to use Pods for moving since it is going to park there overnight. First of all, no one knows what Pods or U pack is in their leasing office. Then after we explain the fact it is service for long distance moving that requires to park the pods for a few nights on their properties so it gives us time to unpack and move in. We were told no even though we called around a few complexs, all leasing agents we had know what pods are and allows it to be parked overnight. I guess they don't really welcome out of state movers. Also she hang up on me after refusing to give me her name or an email address. Too bad the properties are nice but the people not so much( at least the one I got) If you are going to do cross country moving and looking for caring and understanding property management, maybe look elsewhere.
