Old Navy Outlet

I usually go to old navy to shop for my kids. But the false advertising is getting out to control. How are you going to advertise on your window everything 50% off and not honor that in the store. Bad business practices. I normally love the clothes and shopping here but don't tell people everything is 50% when it is not.

I just want to thank the GM that was here today, Monday 2/19/24. I placed an online order, showed up at the store before it was even ready because I realized I bought the wrong size. Both the cashier & the GM were great. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. I bothered them when I didn't have to & they were so unbothered by it even though the store was wicked busy. What I should've done was just waited for the online order to cancel itself but thought I had to do an exchange. Both were super friendly, helpful and gracious. Thank you ladies!

This place is actually an outlet. The prices are good and the variety is also good. The staff is friendly with nice smiles
