As a non-glasses wearer, I couldn't have selected a better partner in helping educate and assist my children in their eye care experiences. Through first-time examinations, frame selection, and ongoing adjustments and repairs, working with Tom and his team has been an absolute pleasure. And most importantly for me, my children have a trusted resource where they can ask questions, engage, and actively participate in their eye care. With a first-time contact wearer, I was concerned after our first contact care lesson that it may be too much, too soon. Through Tom and Michael's patience and kindness and encouragement, a mere 24-hours later we had a much more confident kid who has gone on to wear her new contacts, without issue, ever since. Tom and Team, I cannot thank you enough.

I am so pleased with the outstanding customer service I received at Carozza Eyecare. It was totally amazing to have my new glasses in 2 days. I do not remember that happening before. I was also grateful for the assistance in selecting a new frame as it can be daunting. Thank you Carozza Eyecare ! This is the best place Ive ever been for an exam and new glasses. I plan to send my family and friends.
