        This man was highly unprofessional and rude. I had to cancel the job due to his rudeness and costly quote for replacing water pipes and adding shut-off valves. I would not recommend.

        Great guy joe and his son my water tank was leaking he came same day with tank and supplies met him a year before but never had any service until the tank leaked very fair price thanx again

        This unfortunate situation occurred after we had discussed via a phone conversation and inspection of the work. We had agreed upon the quote and I was told to move forward with the work. I returned within an hour with all supplies purchased and needed for the job and began the work. After investing over an hour and a half of labor on the job, the customer called and requested I stop all work. I ensured the water could be turned back on in a safe manner and ceased all further work. I simply billed her for a service call and not the entire quote. At no time was I rude or unprofessional to the customer. It is our policy to treat all of our customers with the utmost respect.
