Absolutely useless went to them needing help with my rent before my sons and I are evicted and nothing 100% useless when someone who needs help asks for it. Better off being a bum smoking crack

I have to think socialized programs that are put in place for people who work hard and end up in Dire Straits financially with the risk of becoming homeless due to not being able to pay their rent. The staff there are amazing Patricia at the front desk man she she has a job that some would say is thankless and hard when you deal with people all day long. But I have to say I appreciate her I appreciate all she did for me and the rest of the staff are amazing.
