My teenager has been using this program since it began, first in middle school and now in high school. Every session he asks to be re-enrolled, as he has seen and felt the difference in his level of play with sports. My son has enjoyed the workouts, he finds them challenging and engaging, and he enjoys the coaches and staff. This program has even fostered an independent interest in my son for physical fitness and strength training.
