He was able to get me great coverage on all of my vehicles, home, rental property and travel trailer for almost half of what I was paying.         Sales staff attempted a bait n switch by offering lower prices compared to my current. Then after hours of time wasted and once payment was requested, they mention the rates were wrong and came forth with the actual rates...
