        They dont keep appointments. Make an appointment and they cancel 10 minutes before the appointment time. Then when they want to make a 10AM appointment but you do not because you will be sleeping so you make the appointment time 12:30 they show up at 10 anyway and wake you up. They change the appointment time without your knowledge and just show up whenever they choose. If your doctor cancels them youre still not safe. Theyll call in the morning and wake you up because they say they have questions. No way would I recommend them.

        Have made attempts to work with this group to set up care for my Mom and never received call backs.   Went on to other provider figuring that if service is this poor before we sign Imagine how it would be later

      Glory, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience with Interim Healthcare. As we discussed on our phone call, there is a partnership between a patient and their home care provider. When visits are repeatedly canceled and our staff are not able to provide the care ordered by a physician, desired outcomes are not achieved. Our method does work as we are proud of our 8.6.% rehospitalization rates compared to a regional rate of nearly 15%. (shpdata.com). Additionally, nearly 90% of our patients recommend our services to family and friends.
