If I could give zero Stars I absolutely would. Don't ever call in an emergency unless you're already an established customer as they don't care about anybody except established customers during emergency situations. We are a family of eight and we have six children one of which is under 1 years old, it is January 28th freezing cold out and they will not come make a delivery. So now they have guaranteed we will NEVER be one either . Do better city fuel.

City Fuel replaced our furnace quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. Pete, Jake, Pat, and Ed were all very knowledgeable and kind; they took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure that the unit was fully functional prior to leaving the property. City fuel replaced our oil tank that was there since 1989. Pete, Ed and Jake did excellent work. They took pride in the quality of work and customer service. They resolved all of our concerns and a job well done. We can rest assured we wouldn't be dealing with any oil spills. We will recommend your services to everyone. Thank you guys
