Replaced an oil furnace for me -- forced-hot-air.  Did a nice job at a fair price, came on time, cleaned up after themselves, and he was pleasant to deal with.  Definitely recommended.

I really want to thank Dave for helping me out. I live in NY but own a rental property in Manchester, so it can be difficult coordinating services and maintenance from time to time when I need to make those arrangements remotely — and especially so during COVID-19. The staff at Gerlach were very responsive with my inquiry and helped me get our new A/C installed on an expedited timeline before the new renters moved in. While I was apprehensive about trusting a company to do this type of major work while I was unable to be there overseeing everything, I was thoroughly impressed with how everything went and the results of the new unit. If not for the wonderful new and clean cold air coming out of the vents, you would have never known they were there. I rarely leave reviews, but Dave and company went above and beyond for me, so it’s the least I can do for them! Thank you!
