    We have used Randy Philbrick's service for about 12 years in our Merrimack home, for both heating and air conditioning services. His work is exceptional! He responds to phone calls in a timely manner, schedules appointments to make it convenient for us, and is on time for appointments. Randy listens to our concerns, answers our questions, and completes the needed job with fair prices. He also goes above and beyond during his appointment by looking at issues possibly needed to be taken care of in the future. He is reliable and superb in his field. We highly recommend Randy!

    RANDY- You have a 1.7 star review for a reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You should heed this warning and change your ways. CONSIDERING my boyfriend hired you repeatedly and gave you the business over many months you still are shady AF here; not cool. Guessing you drew that out for several reason$. Do not believe his reply folks. I absolutely had hot water. Hes twisting the truth which I have all texts saved. My hot water was being finicky in the shower so he replaced a part to keep hot water at temp but still had HOT water IN MY HOME. We wanted a BOILER SERVICE not pricey part replacement which was unnecessary at the time. You absolutely did not quote me up front but at the end and overcharged by $200! You came back as my bf called you out and had me cut a new check for $200 less! True story folks! Also took a very smelly you know what in my toilet and left remnants and such a mess. Hospitable? That was just plain disrespectful; go elsewhere. Kindness is KING; stop taking advantage of hard working people. Do better.

Short and accurate steps of our interaction. Responding via text messaging to your no hot domestic water emergency service call. In which you had your boyfriend reach out. Scheduled the next day. Arrived on time. Diagnosed and gave quote and process to repair. You gave me the go ahead to repair. Excuse me for being human and having to use the rest room while repairing your heating system. In which I asked to use the restroom before using. You said no problem. I guess it was a problem and couldn’t use your words correctly. Instead of publicly shaming someone for using the bathroom next time brush up on your hospitality skills Michelle. Hospitality is expected when you have someone/contractor perform work and services at your home. Next time it’s be much easier to just deny someone working at your home the bathroom. Nevertheless. Repaired issue the service call was called in for. Adequately charged and didn’t charge for an emergency repair service. Best of luck on your journey Michelle. Kindness is king.
