        I've been a consistent customer until now. I was charged twice for coffee earlier in the day. When I gently explained the accidental overcharge this to the blonde woman who'd governed the transaction, I received nothing but blow back. Not an "oh I'm sorry" or a "you're here every day, get yourself a coffee on us until it's resolved...." just a deluge of lack of accountability. The new manager was right there as well, who didn't weigh in, just continued taking boxes out to the trash. Customer service ? Zero. Really agregious, emotionally uninspired, adolescent behavior that will result in permanent loss in revenue.

        This Cumberland farms is the worst facility I've ever seen. The place is trashed and unorganized. Worst employees ever as well, no wonder they can't keep employees.
