TD Bank

Franklin St Manchester NH location the staff there has become everything you don't want in customer service. Condescending and unapologetic in their snide dismissiveness. They've added a digital cell phone code to drive through deposits even with a current valid state issue real i.d. and make no attempt to accommodate disabled people who have difficulty going into the building. This is discriminatory and a direct violation of disability laws. I have banked with them for over 15 years but they are not the same bank anymore and make no attempts to retain customers.

Td bank is the real most convenient bank in America, especially this location. The staff is super nice, nicer than my mother in law. If people give one star maybe they are "Karen"

"New ATM" is always out of service!? Out of the last 10 times I went here only was able to get cash 3 times . One time the ATM even held me hostage for over 5 minutes while it counted money repeatedly. Then spat out my card and said put of order !? New machines should be an upgrade now when I see an old ATM I feel relieved that I will be able to get what I need reliably. This would be but the staff inside are helpful this is really a review to the poor choice of after hours service. .
