Concept 21 LLC

I hired concept 21 to create the blue prints for my dream house and help turn my layout plan into something more aesthetically pleasing and structurally doable. Galina was fantastic to work with. She had the perfect balance of calling out potential problem areas, offering great suggestions and still respecting my end goals and how I wanted the house to be. She helped take my design and cut down the square footage while keeping everything I wanted and addressing all the areas that I needed help and I love how classy things looked after factoring in her suggestions! She did some solid troubleshooting and creative problem solving to get me to where I wanted to be. She was knowledgeable and taught me about certain considerations for when I eventually go to build. She was very reasonably priced (cheaper in comparison to other companies given my overall square footage) and I hired her again immediately after to help render my back yard into the plans. I trusted her immediately when I tried to pay her all at once, she told me to be wary of anyone trying to get paid up front during this process and payments should spread out across the work being done. Her communication was fantastic too, she would get back to me with requested changes so fast or meet up with me on the more complex conversations and the whole process moved along so smooth and quick! We had a great experience working with Galina. She came out right away to get us a quote and got back to us quickly. She listened and worked with us to get our plans for an accessory dwelling. It was a very easy experience and we highly recommend Concept 21.

I've had a wonderful experience working with Galina of Concept 21! We recently completed a large renovation converting a multi-use space, mostly offices into 10 residential apartments. Galina played an instrumental role from the very beginning stages, drawing up the initial floor plans that we ended up sticking very close to all the way until the end. We have also worked with her to consult on a couple of apartment furnishing projects. Galina has a great intuitive sense of space, design and style. All of her ideas have been very practical, clear and elegant. She is easy to work with; a good communicator, reliable and hard working. She has really been an invaluable resource in our real estate endeavors. Also, her pricing is very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
