Laundry doesn't work half the time, dumpster overflowing every Christmas and landlady seems to think poking their head in and "not coming in" is good to skip giving ANY notice!

This place is a dive kids running up and down the hallways people somking pot in hallways and outside putting cigarettes buts out on hallway rugs people slaming doors day and nite the hallways are Filthy they have cockroches i had to bomb my things before i took them in my new place then to top it off i lived there five years and the charged me to strip and wax floors for the next Tenant they charge me for the mirror in the bathroom that was fine and charged me for drip pans on stove and a bunch of other things they want u to pay for everything for the next person to move in they have no shame taking ur money they have ppl oding in the hallways larissa does nothing they just want there rent money they dont care how u live this place is going to end up just like qween city projects i would not recommend this place to anyone its a really bad place to live
