    Abhorrent service; I will never trust this service again. Not only was the driver late, he parked in the wrong terminal and then made my daughter carry all her luggage through the snow by herself to where he was parked. When they finally arrived at our home, apparently he looked at our property and commented one word to my daughter, "White people." Do I have to be extra vigilant about locking my doors and setting my alarm now? Who is this service employing?!

    DO NOT USE! Amoskeag was a no call/no show and left my family stranded at Logan on a Saturday night with no offer to help. When I called to locate our driver there were just excuses about being short staffed and blamed our flight being delayed an hour, despite giving them the flight info and reserving a ride 2 months in advance. They had the audacity to say they were making another pickup at Logan but didnt have a big enough vehicle to accommodate both parties. We had to Uber home over an hour at 2x the cost. Completely unacceptable to treat customers like this. If you cant meet the needs you shouldnt take the reservation. If you run into an issue at least call and give me time to find another ride instead of leaving me high and dry in Central Parking. The owner hung up on me twice and would rather blame the pandemic and health issues than take reasonable steps when I requested he make it right. To this day they have done nothing to address it and clearly have no desire to help. Terrible service. Seek reliable transportation elsewhere.
