Wow..... I thought Paychex was bad at customer service but never did I expect I would be called a liar, a bad business person and all but an idiot in one phone call.

With the stress that comes with owning & operating a business, you don't need the added baggage of wondering if your payroll, taxes & HR protocols are compliant. After utilizing Access Payroll for many years, I can say they have their game dialed in. There are other companies out there but you won't receive the personal touch you receive from the crew at Access. It is a small company but they pack a punch. Sadly, they ran my last payroll today. I'm moving on to other things but should I ever decide to try another business venture, Access will be my first call. They take the guess work out of very complex components of business so you can focus on.....your business. Thank you Access!

We switched our payroll services to Access Payroll 6 months ago. Wow, the client service and responsiveness is second to none. They really pay attention to details and make sure it's done right the first time. They strike the right balance of competence which stands head and shoulders above the other local competitors and great customer service which blows away the big national providers. I'm happy I made the decision to work with a locally owned and operated company and I highly recommend Access Payroll Services of N.E. to all.
