Mike Allen and his team are incredible at what they do. I have worked with Mike in the past and I am 100% comfortable referring him to friends and family, he is tenacious in his approach and an extremely strong advocate for his clients, buyers and sellers alike! Mike has a well deserved reputation for being one of the top agents in his market and as a local family run business, I can't stress how much having an advocate like Mike in your corner can be the difference maker, if you are looking to buy or sell, Allen Family Real Estate HAS to be on your lists of folks to interview or you are doing yourself a disservice!

This review is well over due.  It took us a long time to find the perfect house for us that fit our budget (this was no fault of Michael).  Michael never once showed frustration and always presented himself in a professional and patient manner.  He isn't the type of Realtor that is pushy.  He has a very approachable and relaxed demeanor.  He also has a good eye on things that you may not pick up on while viewing a home.  Michael is hands down the best Realtor on the Seacoast and you'd be to crazy work with anyone else.  -Jen & Nate
