They involved me in a discussion of what I needed right from the start. Even though they informed me no upgrade was required, a conversation with engineering friends I’d had convinced me I needed a few breakers upgraded. In the end they replaced 5 out of 16 or so. I used Artisan Electrical for some projects around the house and I was very happy with the service they provided. From the estimate all the way through the work completion, everyone was very friendly & professional. Max & Matt were efficient and left everything spotless. They communicated what they were doing throughout the process and were very respectful. I felt as though they went above and beyond when it came to the work and even adjusted our mounted TV brackets to ensure everything was completely level before they left. Our company had a small project which needed almost immediate attention and we called around before finding Artisan and had difficulty getting anyone to return our calls. When we did get return calls, we got the usual run around about how the price would be unknown, even though we were very specific in what needed to be done. Artisan Electric was clear, understood the project, didn't play games, and within 24 hours of my call (which was late in the day when I called), had everything finished the very next morning. They were professional, courteous, and because of that, they are my go-to company to use from this point on for electric. Service: General repairs

In this day and age, of companies not even bothering to return your calls, or if they do, they treat you rudely or as if they are doing you a huge favor and then not even providing good work, Artisan Electrical Contractors is a breath of fresh air! They have someone that actually answers the phone, they are NICE, and then, when they come, they are respectful and knowledgeable. Nate and Ethan were amazing--they diagnosed --and fixed my issue really quickly and when I mentioned another issue I've had for literally 5 years, they took care of that too! I've had this team of experts do A LOT of work for me. A Tesla outlet in my garage at a condo I own (Portsmouth). And then two additional outlets at my home, as well as hot tub wiring. They creatively added additional soffit lighting to my home (Greenland). All professional, courteous and reasonably priced! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I recently had them put in another car charger at the home of my in-laws in Wolfeboro. My father-in-law reported to me that he greatly enjoyed their courtesy and professionalism, and their work was exceptional.
