Susan Ochoa is the total sum of what a realtor should be! She is professional and knowledgeable and knows how to help clueless owners get 45 years worth of things organized to show our home ! She was with us every step to advise what we needed to do. She also answered our endless questions quickly! There were so many forms to sign and she explained everything clearly. We had several offers and she sat with us to explain them all so we could decide the best for us! Susan is the best realtor !

Not to put too fine a point on it, but Susan rules. We have worked with her for purchasing and sales, and she knocked it out of the park in both regards. She took the time to understand what my wife and I wanted and would not accept anything less than what worked for us. She worked for us as opposed to her percentage, and for that reason we can still honestly say we love Susan and would recommend her to anyone. If you look elsewhere, its your loss.
