        I have absolutely nothing good to say about this "company". The worst condo association I have experienced in 15 years. It's kind of embarrassing for them. There is not enough room to list the inexperience and incompetence. Keep raising the fees the less they do! No way out. I DONT BELIEVE FOR A SECOND 75% of the community voted in favor for raising condo fees from 394-450.

        Ive had a great experience living in my apartment with New star properties. Theyve been great if I need maintenance thats all I do is go on the website let them know and they come right out and fix the problem right away. Theyre very polite and knowledgeable.

      Anne, I'm sorry to read of your disappointment. At the moment, I can't tell what community you're associated or whether you're an owner or tenant? I will clarify for your understanding that no management company "raises fees" in terms of the dues paid by unit owners. By State Law and your condominium documents, your elected Board of Directors has fiduciary responsibility to review expenses, income and set the annual Budget. If you are a New Hampshire condominium association, unit owners have the capability to reject any budget with 2/3 vote of all unit owners. Again, I regret to see that you are taking away a negative experience; however, its clear that you have some misconceptions on how fees are established and the overall responsibility and oversight of the community.

      Karina, I’ve searched our client database and your name is not found either among our condo unit owners or tenant base. Combined with the lack of specificity in your comments, I can’t offer any real response? I’m hoping your post should have been placed with snot company?
