These guys totally regraded and laid down some beautiful new asphalt on my property. This was replacing a 20+ year old driveway and I had all sorts of dips and low sections which are nonexistent now. No more huge gap between the garage cement slab now, either. My driveway is a bit steep and narrow but that didn't scare these guys off at all- they really have it down to a science. - Friendly staff - Very easy to coordinate (my neighbor was getting work done, so they were keen to quote & start right away which was amazing) - Super respectful of the property - Remarkably fast service - QUALITY results

My new Driveway has puddles after it rains clearly a problem for winter. Called multiple times, they came out once to look and agreed to fix. Never heard back. So sad! I spent thousands of Dollars for this project! Service: Driveway installation

We have used Pittore for three projects this year, and have been left very disappointed with the lack of clarity provided and the way they have failed to address any concerns. Nicole is very helpful in getting quotes, but kicks over any further questions to others who have failed to provide adequate responses. The first job they did was helping with some landscape leveling work. Overall, the project came out as expected for a price that was 1/3 the price of what would have been provided by a dedicated landscape company. Al was the primary POC on the job site over the couple of weekends they leveraged, and was helpful to a point answering any questions even though he mentioned he does not typically speak with the customers. Next, they did a paving job which came out well enough as I can tell. Issues here though is that they failed to mention at any point until the job was done that, we would need to backfill the 100+ feet of new driveway. They claimed that if we did not it would most likely cause cracking if any vehicle was to roll of the new asphalt. That is a large additional job to add to someone after leaving a jobsite. After they left, we notice a few spots where there were issues in the asphalt, and they claimed they would come patch them since they felt they were easy to deal with. Problem here, is that they came once when we were not around, and claimed they saw no issues because some leaves had come down. They have yet to come back to patch them and it has been a few months. Finally, they came to do a basic rock foundation pad where I provided very clear instructions and images of what I was looking including rock type and highlighting retaining of the new rock foundation. They gladly took the job, but when they came here to do the job, Chad this time, claimed he does not do landscape work If Pittore does not do this kind of work then why would they take it? They brought the wrong rock, even though it was clearly stated in emails what rock was requested. We agreed that they could do part of the foundation with what they had, but would bring the right one later. They later claim dropped the rock, which I later noticed was the WRONG rock, and leveled and left. They did not backfill like I reiterated when they came the first time to help retain the new foundation. When I emailed Nicole to express my concerns, she passed me to Chad who essentially said whatever. I could pay them more to complete the job, is what I was told. When I went to confirm measurements after I noticed everything else they got wrong I noticed that they made the pad one foot short in depth and two feet longer in length. Once again this was Chad who did this job and maybe he does not put the time into the job as maybe Al would. The pad is the pad now, so I am going to have to be creative to make it work for it's desired purpose. Overall, their work is anywhere from good to subpar and although their initial customer service is pretty good, anything after that is terrible. I doubt they will cover any warranties on their work when they cannot even do what they called minor patching. Chad is fairly friendly in person, but showed that after he and Pittore Paving have left they wont support you unless you pay them more money.
