        The billing and insurance department is terrible. My visit went through as an out of network claim, I have been unsuccessful with getting any straight answers from the billing or insurance departments. I have called my insurance company myself and they said the claim was submitted wrong and lifestance needs to resubmit it. I cant get anyone to talk to me about resubmitting the claim despite my many messages and calls. The billing departments calling hours are very inconvenient for anyone working a 9-5. My last complaint is they dont even send you a bill, they just charge your card without you even knowing the charge is coming, not even an electronic statement. An overall awful experience and will not longer be continue my care here.
