I wasnt going to leave this review but had the final straw today. I hired northeast in the beginning of the year to do polished concrete. Was told it was a low dust process so I could have the paint done beforehand. Not only was there dust all over every wall that I had to clean, there was damage to multiple walls that was ignored by the contractors as well as spots on the floor that werent sanded enough. After going back and forth they did end up fixing what needed to be fixed and covered the damages but not without expecting to be paid in full for an incomplete job. Furthermore, I received an email today claiming that I have a seriously past due invoice, an invoice that I had settled up on in June. Book keeping and professionalism is scarce at this company.

The Independent Martial Arts School in Nashua (138 Lake St) worked extensively with Dan at NE Flooring Solutions to find the best possible product for our business, and we found it. The foam-based floor is absolutely perfect for our dojo! It is easy to keep clean, looks amazing, neither slippery nor sticky on bare feet, and has just enough give that hard falls are not a problem (we had a VERY hard head-bang on this floor, and the recipient was totally fine--not even a bump). The installation team was wonderful; even though they ran into a significant problem during installation, they were still able to complete the project on time, minimizing our business downtime. We could not be happier with the experience, or with the product; I'm confident that we have--easily--THE best dojo floor in New Hampshire, and probably all of New England! Service: Repair flooring
