I had a great experience recently with Hampshire Fire. Im not experienced in the field and they answered all my questions even without a commitment to use them as a contractor (although we did end up hiring Hampshire fire after talking to two other sprinkler companies). Great customer service and the workers on the job site were courteous and professional. Excellent work and well will use them for future projects!

Worst drivers on the road. Stay out of the passing lane while traveling the speed limit....learn the BASIC rules of the road. Not professional at all

Think multiple times before even considering to do business with this company. They rush their work unprofessionally at times and sometimes pass stuff that shouldn't be passed, just to make it easy on themselves. And the fact that a system might not be able to properly protect people is scary. They occasionally have attitudes towards the customers on bad days. All of which is honestly so unbelievable. They also speed to and from job sites just to make it on time. I say that, because I've seen a company vehicle get pulled over while driving past them, and I was like... wow. I cannot say enough about Hampshire Fire. These guys are so easy to work with. Very responsive, professional, and cost effective. I had been working with another company who was taking forever, not getting back to me, and giving me insanely high quotes with massive lead times on installs. Eric at Hampshire Fire showed up at my building within a few hours of my first phone call, quoted me on site at a faction if the cost of the other company, and was able to schedule the work immediately for completion within a week. Shortly before our CO inspection we discovered that our overall sprinkler inspection was out of date. Hampshire Fire bent over backwards to clear room in their schedule to get the inspection completed and filed in time to meet our needs. While all of this was happening they popped in to certify our fire extinguishers.
These guys are simply the best. They are the only team I will use everywhere they service!
