I needed an emergency root canal. I have had one other root canal in my life and while my dentist then did a good job, I still came home and cried from the trauma of it. I was terrified to have another one but in so much severe pain. Dr. Lui and his team were nothing short of amazing. He's empathetic, kind, professional, and respectful. He knows exactly what he's doing and he saved my crown! I thank my dentist Dr. Zhu of Rose Dental (also amazing) for referring me!!

Just had a terrible experience on the phone with Jolene. She was giving me a hard time about my insurance. She was abrupt and basically hung up on me. When I used my phone's re-dial, it immediately went to the fax machine. So she was avoiding me. When I waited a minute and called back a third time, Jackie answered and informed me Jolene had just gone to lunch at 11:15 am.

I cant say enough about this office! Dr. Lui is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to! He is kind, gentle, and so good at what he does! I have had to root canals performed by him, and not once did I have any pain after the procedures. Karen, his assistant is amazing and Jolene, who greets you at the door works with you to make sure your appointments work with your schedule.

I called them on a Monday and by Thursday of the same week they got me in for a consultation and same day procedure. (They fixed my issue before the other two offices i tried even called me back to get me scheduled). The whole staff was so nice and Dr. Liu was clearly super busy, but he still was so attentive and took great care of me. Overall it was a great and fast experience.

I had an old restoration that was starting to fail and I needed a root canal. I had never had this procedure done on any of my teeth. I can't tell you how wonderful Dr. Lui was! From the moment he came into the operatory he was very personable and so kind. I'm a dental assistant, so I knew what the procedure consisted of, but was still a little nervous. I honestly have to say it was the most comfortable procedure I've ever had. I felt absolutely nothing and I was so relaxed the whole time. The dental assistant, Karen was friendly and helped make me feel comfortable before and during the procedure. Thank you so much Dr. Lui for doing such a great job! I l always tell my patients if they need a root canal, not to worry and reassure them that they are in great hands with you! I never knew a root canal could be so comfortable!! You're the best!
