Londonderry Family Dentistry

My son asked me why I was still using my dentist in Londonderry. I told him because I love my dentist and hygienist!

I'll break down this review into the categories I find most important when searching for a dental practice for your family. In no particular order... People: Hands down, you will not find a better hygienist than Lisa. She is the cosmic force that keeps the universe together. Not only is she incredibly educated, knowledgeable and skilled, but she can (and will) keep the conversation flowing for hours. Lisa turns what would otherwise be a dull medical appointment in to what feels like going to Sunday brunch with a friend, chatting about anything/everything while sipping on mimosas. As for her work, she is gentle and precise, highly effective, and keeps you informed of what she is doing every step of the way. She is the main reason I will continue to come back. Dr. Jana is also a rockstar. Her and Lisa form an incredible duo when it comes to fielding questions, discussing concerns and overall trying to keep you as informed as they are on the state of your dental health. I will also give a shoutout to Heidi whom has always been exceptionally pleasant to work with when checking in/out, scheduling appointments, working with insurance, etc. Technology and Cleanliness: No concerns on this front. I recently went back for my 2nd cleaning and they installed a completely new (and very bright) LED swingarm in addition to a new massaging chair. Essentially, the chair can vibrate in different patterns while the hygienist works on you. Not an important feature to me, but could be impactful for the kids or those who are little more tense/stressed at the dentist. A nice touch. Everything also appears to be very well-maintained, organized and sanitized. Dental Care: As I mentioned above, this team is composed of stellar dental care providers. Their approach is holistic; they like to understand your history, habits and preferences. I have not had a negative experience when either Lisa or Dr. Jana is working on me, and as a person who is strict and serious about my dental health and care, I have full support in their abilities and expertise. I don't think I could be more intentional on recommending this practice.

This was the cleanest and most comfortable dentist I have ever been to . I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone that I know Elizabeth was very professional and thorough made me feel exceptionally comfortable Extremely Nice !!!!!! I Am So happy I went to them .
