        i have experienced ups and downs with the availability of parts and field techs at times, mostly due to the times we are living in these days as it seems all suppliers and service companies are suffering from the same issues. However,anytime that we experience an issue whether it be with parts availability or field service once we make mention of the issue at hand the people at Milton Cat in Londonderry start working on it right away and shortly get back to us with the resolve. Much better service than the other brands that we have in our fleet. Thanks Milton Cat!

        Happy to say this!!!!stay far away from cat products.they will be happy to sell it to you but have absolutely no time to fix it for you.we are still wanting over six months as of today.

        First time dealing with CAT recently. Had some issues with an online order an the Parts guy I spoke to was very friendly, helpful an just overall pleasent to deal with. Went out of his way to resolve my issue even though it was an online order. He followed up and followed through the whole process. An then when I went to pick up my order I dealt with another gentleman whom was also very easy to deal with.. Good customer service is so few and far between these day. You can tell these people care about what they do. It really shows, CAT as a company must be doing something right. Just wanted to give some well deserved praise to these guys..
