I was at a lost when it came time to set up my home office to begin my new job working remote. I was sent so much equipment that I didn't know where to begin. I called on Joe and Pat and they were able to connect all the equipment as well as install a memory card to my laptop.
The service and professionalism with Small Biz is top notch and they took the time to explain everything to me and put the power in my hands. I highly recommend Small Biz MSP to any small business or a newbie to working from home with new equipment.

Our company has been dealing with Joe for years. His company has always been responsive and able to fix all of our IT issues.
He has built and install two servers for us and integrated Microsoft 360 this past year. If we have issues Joe and his son Pat are there to analyze and fix them.

Joe from Small Biz MSP really came through for us when we were in a pinch with our Microsoft 365 account having unusual activity. He spent hours going through our computers making sure it was secured and completely fixed. On numerous times, I've called Joe and he's helped right on the spot with our Quickbooks Desktop account and our other applications we use. He does such a great job making sure all of our questions are answered when it comes to our VolP Phone system. We recommend his IT services to all of our customers.
