        Second time is not a charm at this Starbucks. Unless its just mobile orders. Second time Ive ordered my usual grande iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cold foam. Not only does this NOT taste or look like it, there again is no cold foam. Taste like burnt coffee water. Wicked unimpressed

        This was possibly the worst experience Ive had with any starbucks Ive ever been to. The customer service needs work desperately. I went through the drive thru to get two coffees and when I got to the window my card was not working properly so I was trying to fix in in the meanwhile I got mean mugged, rolled eyes and disgusting behavior from a grown employee working at the window. Absolutely not ok and customer servicing definitely needs to be improved.
