Lightening strike last night took out our controller. Carr team was on site by 8 30am and we are already back up and running by 9 30. Thanks guys for being so responsive!

I have a plant farm with several thousand pots on drip tubes. I start my day early and yesterday at 4 AM, I discovered I didn't have water. I called my regular plumber who showed up at 11. I was told I needed a new pump and they recommended a couple of well companies. My first call was a negative so when I called Carr I was rather anxious. Jamie, the owner, said they were booked solid but could come late afternoon or early next morning. He called two hours later and said a crew was on their way. They tested everything, pulled the 200 foot pump and installed a new pump in an hour. I was saved from a loss to my crop in the thousands of dollars. I don't think I have dealt with a crew any more efficient. I give them five stars and more.
