        Scheduled an airport pickup several hours in advance of my flight. The pickup time arrived and there was no communication from the company/driver. Waited 10 mins then called for an updatesomeone answered, then hung up immediately. I tried calling back and got voicemail every time. Called from another line, same story. Very unprofessional way to do business. I booked based on their rating. Either these are bot ratings or they are for local transport only. If youre going to the airport, dont entrust your travel to Gannon. Youll never get there.

        I was a manager with the company and Jeff was no longer able to pay his employees on time and all at once it would be broken up into several small payments over a week or so, I got my brother a job who is a protected combat Veteran with over 10 years of service and he still owes him money to this day and even went as far as to block him. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
