I put disgusting room photos on my initial review. I see they were taken off the review. Why? Truth hurt?! The majority of the reviews are horrendous. Ants IN the bed? Room was "used" so no refunds?! What kind of business does that? 04/03/24... Oh my God!! Stop messing with my review and pictures! Your hotel is disgusting in my view and people should know. Leave my photos on here!! As distasteful as they are, they capture the truth about Rm 11! And even worse, you scammed me out of a full refund because you lied to my credit card company. (Which they can go pound salt)! And btw- my initial review is missing from 4 years ago, although I see some from 9 years ago, soooo

Have stayed here several times while apartment hunting. The manager is always there and willing to handle any requests we have. Our room is always clean and the grounds are kept up. Has a nice covered Pavillion for cookouts along with a grill and an outdoor pool. It is quiet, very comfortable and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Oh and they have renovated the rooms with nice upgrades too.

I've stayed here at the maple leaf motel quite often, it's right outside of Littletons main strip where all the stores are. I've been a housekeeper before and had done it for several years, I don't tend to be to picky but I am very impressed, the rooms are very clean and well kept. I've also seen in some of the rooms and noticed kitchenettes.I also see Andy, who runs maple leaf motel and he's constantly working on the place, he's a very accommodating gentleman. Not to forget the prices aren't outrageous. During the week a single bed room runs about $80 dollars plus tax, the weekends are only about $90 plus tax. Littleton is a tourist town, so other places are a bit pricey. I highly recommend if you're ever in the town of Littleton and are looking for a comfortable place to stay! Nearby activities: I'm not too sure about activities, but there is a walking trail that follows the river behind the main street, there's shillings beer company located next to a covered walking bridge, in the summer I've seen people swimming in the river Safety: Where maple leaf motel is located it's not only a stone throw away from Littleton PD, but the motel is set back off the main road, Walkability: Littleton has plenty of stores, like chutters candy counter, and other great stores, the motel is walking distance to downtown so on a nice day you could leave the motel amd walk along the side walk,

We stayed here in December 2023 and this was our first time staying at this motel. A few negatives were the giant gap in the door that let in the frigid cold air. The front desk offered to move us, but we were already unpacked at that point so we stayed and they gave us a blanket to hang over the door and an electric heater to help warm it up inside. That definitely needs to be fixed properly. The plate in the microwave wasn't for that microwave so it was off balance when you tried to heat anything. The fridge worked, but opening the door was a pain because of the weird cubby/stand it was inside of. Also, the hot water takes a hot minute to actually get hot especially in the sink, but once it works it's very hot which was good. The sofa was pretty old and stained also but we didn't really use it. On the positive, the room itself is pretty spacious which is good and the bed was very comfy (although the pillows were not). They allow pets which was a huge bonus as we brought our dog. There was a weird locked door right by the bed which completely freaked us out at first because we could see a kitchen through the crack and we thought it was somebody else's room. However after further investigation we realized it was only a kitchen (stove, fridge, sink & table) and must be for that room. Not sure why they lock it that actually would have been a great bonus to the room. Overall the stay was ok, it fit what we needed. It could use a few improvements, but we would probably stay here again. The room was $99 night which is a bit expensive for what it was and how it was, but if they included the kitchenette and fixed those few issues that would be reasonable. Front desk staff was friendly & accommodating. Motel is also pretty close to Main Street.
