        Terrible service. Would give negative stars if possible. Connection is Off and on all the time. But they dont care they still charge you even if it hasnt worked 50% of the week. Never timely responses. They monopolize my area so they keep pushing prices up. Hate this service. Would recommend if you dont absolutely have too go with this provider, go with someone else. Very unreliable all around.

        Very poor customer service, never responds, refuses to make appointments, doesn't give ticket numbers, becomes aggressive with customers. Use literally any other service. BBB recommends nobody does business with them.
