        Called number, talked to answering service. Strike #1. Made appointment for a tuesday.. got reminder email stating time etc. Never showed up, no phone call, etc.. Running late etc.strike #2. Called again, service would forward email to mackay. Never got reply. I understand it was a small service call but strike #3. Would not refer this contractor .very unprofessional.
