Did an amazing job repairing siding damaged by woodpeckers, added a support beam so my walls stopped cracking, and redid my bathroom ceiling after it was built improperly. These guys were great!

A little late posting this. Needed to let opinions settle. 3 stars because the final product looks good. However, difficult working with them. Poor planning. Things not level, mis-measured, crooked, I needed to let them know to re-do. Poor relationships with subcontractors led to delays. I paid good money for good construction, but I now am the proud owner of Dunkin Donuts paper bags in my ceiling. Next time I make donuts and coffee, come on over. Service: Remodeling

Have worked with these guys in the past, and always had issues that would require a call back to the job site. Be it incomplete work or just shoddy work in general. It had been several years (5 I believe) since I had used them and thought to give them another try. Met with Phillip to go over some work we were hoping to have completed, he told me they were interested in the job and he would get back to me with a quote. It has been two months since I've heard from them and they have completely avoided my calls and not returned a single one or responded in any way to multiple voicemails. I completely understand being busy and or not being able to fit a job into your schedule, however relaying that info on to your customers so they aren't wasting time should be a priority to any company with halfway decent customer service. 10/10 would not recommend.
