I very much appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the individual with whom I interacted with. I did not however appreciate the up charge with regard to billing of this situation. For me it was unhappy making to be billed $350 for setting up and removing equipment. I considered discussing the matter but decided to let it go. Live and learn. The telling thing with regard to the entire process was being "ghosted" as a result of questioning a $650 charge for equipment use during dismantle of walls. When I questioned this, I was told they would remove the fee if equipment was not utilized. I responded if they could do the work minus the $650 charge I would move forward. Never a response. Having been a business owner I understand gross margins and profitability. Again, lesson learned and a little disheartened. Nothing but HIGH regards for the young men who came in and worked hard at cleaning up for us. Thank you for hiring such remarkable young men. Service: Flood cleanup

I have been working with Paul Cataldo (Project Manager) along with Travis and Denise as the service technicians who are doing the remediation of water damage at my daughters house. They are an outstanding team to work with!! Paul has been great in helping us to determine the scope of the damage, letting us know how the process works, and keeping us informed of the progress of the job. Denise and Travis have done a fabulous job isolating damaged areas from other areas around the house to prevent demolition dust and debris from being tracked into non-affected areas; have torn out and disposed of the damaged materials without damaging anything else in the process, and they always leave the house cleaned up at the end of the day. I have been greatly impressed with the professional attitude, great care, and customer-oriented service of the whole team. Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair
