My wife and I were fortunate to be introduced to Jeremy Martin and Lakes Region Design Group by our realtor. We purchased a new home in the lakes region designed and constructed by LRDG. Our home and the process of building it with LRDG far exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to work with Jeremy and his team. As promised, our home was built as designed, on time and on budget. The level of craftsmanship and quality of the home is truly amazing. Jeremy took the time to listen to our ideas and incorporate them into the finished product. He was responsive and never too busy to get on the phone to discuss our build. We can certainly see why LRDG is the premier home builder in the lakes region. We will certainly work with Jeremy again when we decide to take on another building project.

I had the extreme good fortune of being introduced to Jeremy and Lakes Region Design Group over 15 years ago. Over that period of time I have had 4 reasonably significant rehab projects on my summer lake house. Being absent during the jobs has never presented a problem. The workmanship is top rate and the jobs are more than fairly priced. Working with Jeremy has been a pleasure and he follows up and stands behind his work which not all builders do in this day and age. He has gone above and beyond for our family. I would whole heartedly recommend the company . I am confident he will exceed your expectations!

The Lakes Region Design Group team remodeled a home for me and from start to finish was professional, responsive and the quality of work was top notch. They stand behind their work and you will not be left in the dark like you find with some contractors this day in age. I receive daily updates with a full description of what is happening at my property including photos! Jeremy is always just a phone call or text away and will patiently answer any question I had . Knowing he and his team of professionals care makes what is usually a stressful situation very enjoyable and fun! You cant go wrong hiring this team! By far the best in the business!! I know my family and I were truly cared for!!

I was introduced to Jeremy Martin and the Lakes Region Design Group team when they came to our waterfront home on Lake Winnipesaukee. LRDG rescued my wife and I after a major renovation project had become a disaster with another local builder. This being my wife and I first project we were a little nave of the process. Unlike the first contractor that we fired, Jeremy Martin took the time to sit down with us to explain the process in a detailed method. He reviewed every cost and set up a clear payment schedule. In addition to his detailed work ethic he and his team cleanliness of the job site was amazing. We had just experienced the worst relationship with the previous contractor and working with Jeremy Martin was a breath of fresh air. Jeremys knowledge of waterfront construction and his relationships in the Lakes Region was a lifesaver for us. Jeremy and his team quickly drafted a plan to correct copious errors and took the entire project on from there. They handled all aspects including reengineering, permitting and all of the details in between. Thanks to this team, we were able to just show up with our clothes and move back into our summer home. There was no detail missed; they carefully laid out a new floor plan, designed a custom kitchen, and built an amazing new primary suite. LRDG even assisted in the interior design, lighting selections, linens , decorations ,custom landscaping, propane torches, and a gorgeous outdoor kitchen. I would highly recommend him and his team. He is knowledgeable , professional , kind, courteous and caring which is rare to find today
