Wendell's crew recently stained our log home and large wooden deck. Wendell was responsive throughout the process, from quote to completion. He and his crews were flexible around all the wet weather we had, and made decisions to see the work done properly such as diverting to another job site when they arrived to find the fog at my location had left things wetter than expected. Wendell made sure that I had no questions or concerns as the job was finishing up, and brought his crew back one last time to address some things he noticed that I hadn't pointed out. I called Serenity re: painting our deck. Wendell came to do an estimate a few days later. He measured the deck, then described in detail what needed to be done. Two days later we got the estimate by email. I thought it was reasonable. They started about 1 week later. The crew was very hard working. They came early, went right to work. and did a nice job. We are very pleased with the way the deck looks. I recommend Serenity and would hire them again. Service: Wood staining

Wendell and his crews were exceptional in their professionalism and work quality. They went beyond our expectations to ensure that our home was well taken care of. We chose a satin finish for the paint, which makes the paint look thicker with a lovely sheen. The posts were done with a semi-gloss finish and they stand out and truly finish the porch. Wendell also did some additional carpentry work at a very reasonable price and even though they found that much more scraping was needed than originally thought - he kept to his original quote.
