        Amazing food but the way you guys just cancel delivery orders and refuse service for no reason is crazy. Might as well not be on uber eats either??

        I don't understand all the bad reviews. This was my first time ordering from them and I am NOT disappointed. I got the 11 boneless wings, naked with about 8 different sauces to try. The wings are fully cooked, decent sized pieces and I'm pretty sure I got 13 instead of 11 lol. I also tried all the sauces and I can NOT pick a favorite! They are all so delicious. I plan on ordering more wings tomorrow. Not a huge fan of the curly fries but I'm not much of a fry person to start with, nothing wrong with them, just not my thing. I do recommend the Apple BBQ sauce if you like sweet and savory and the Mango Habanero if you want spicy. I love all of them and will be ordering again. Also, love the little sticker tags on each sauce, cute and VERY helpful.

        Do not recommend. The fries were alright but the boneless wings were a weird hard texture and the size of popcorn chicken. Practically in edible. And to think that this is a ghost restaurant of Chilis makes me severely disappointed.

        Checked in and waited for our order (11 or 14 Piece). Said it was going to be done and brought out at 2:18pm. Went in, no one at the counter. Headed to bathroom then went to car to wait- as per instruction given on phone. 2:44 pm called- asked about our order and the woman said "you DO know you can come in to pick it up right???" I had tried that. Was 2:50 when a man came out giving me an unblinking glare. handed my drink and bag of (now cold) food without any response. Tried saying thank you and he just turned away and kept walking- so I said "have a good day" - he didn't turn around and said "you too". The amount of unprofessionalism is absolutely appalling. I was more than patient and got treated with hostility for asking about food that was to-go. Will take a hard pass next time I am in Keene. Update: soda is flat and watery.
