When you're able to do business with a local company, and local people, who live, work and play in the same town as you and your family, it's always a win. I can't say good enough things about Kapiloff Insurance Agency. I reached out to Alex because I was just simply paying way too much with my previous Insurance Carriers. He and Samantha Curran took the time to determine my needs and match me with an insurance company that not only gave me a much better rate but was a local insurance company. To me, staying local is a big deal to me so I am thrilled to be with a local agency and insurance company. Communication is a big thing with me and Alex and Sam were with me each step of the way which I appreciated!

I can't recommend this company for life insurance. It was a long ridiculous process and the company they use for life insurance is Banner which is just horrible to deal with. I spent close 40 mins with Banner rep answering questions and scheduling a medical exam at my house. I lost part of a day's work I can't get back as the nurse came out and did exam. I got the results back about 3 days later and everything checked out perfect via the email results. However Banner claimed the exam did not take place and would not proceed with the process even though I had a copy of the results. Just to clarify the agent Steve was excellent but Banner life insurance is horrible.
