Very bad company to work for they do not know how to train there employees on there tablets and computers and they terminate you because they suck at training you. Not everyone is a computer genius. Not everything used to be in computers everything was on papers. So step up and take the time to train your employees thats what you get paid for. So do your job

This company clearly has a lot of issues I went in for an interview and they asked me personal questions I answered them honestly and I spoke with them for about an hour I then got a phone call after filling paperwork out I was honest about a misdemeanor on my record prior to the interview , I then got a phone call from a woman named Gail who was not pleasant at all she made me feel judged and horrible I had a misdemeanor on my record from a lot of years ago before I changed my life for the better and she told me that they felt like after talking with them in the interview that only lasted an hour and because of the one misdemeanor on my record that they believe I would have boundary issues and so they judged me by knowing me for 1 hour I had excellent references that I gave them , this company build assumptions about you after knowing you for an hour so that speaks a lot about this company I do not recommend seeking this company for employment and I don't even know if I would trust them for my own family

I had been referred to Keene Home health by my Mom's insurance to help me care for her after some hospitalizations and general cancer related illness. Not only were we blown off more times than I can count, they came to get her blood three times and her doctor that ordered the results only got the results once. In addition, her blood was mislabeled and mishandled and we never saw those results, ever. After firing them over two weeks ago, the new agency is now not able to come see her because she was never taken off the active patient list. So now that she needs to be seen by her new provider, Keene Home Healthcare is STILL preventing her from getting the care she deserves. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything. They have made an already stressful time ever more so.
