        Cheshire wellness is such a relaxing and safe space! The second you walk into the office, you know youre going to be taken care of. The sessions are quick, easy and I always leave feeling relaxed and calm. Its a time commitment in the beginning going to multiple appointments each week but the relief Ive gotten with my back makes it all worth it. So happy I found Dr.s Matt and Tescia!

        I started going to the Cheshire Wellness Center at the start of January. After about 2 months of visits, I am much more in tune with my body and how to respond to things that trigger the balance in my system. I look forward the my visits each week knowing that my body will have time to unwind and be the center of focus for the time when Im on the table. The doctors and staff are friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I highly recommend to anyone to start this journey of healing.
