Got my daughter her first new bike for her birthday. Excellent customer service!!!! No pressure ,very helpful friendly and informative. Explaining how important it was to get bike that fits her, not trying to adjust a bike that would work! Great place to shop! Highly Recommend!

Don't get a tune-up on your bike here, all they do is wipe it down slightly and check and adjust your gears.

Bought both my boys new equipment at Norm's. Really good advice, product range, easy to work with. They operate with integrity!! We live 2 hrs from them and will definitely go back when we need equipment!

I was on a bike tour and got a flat. On this new (and very tight) bike, I could not get the tire over the rim! Found and went to Norm's. Very prompt, accurate, and fairly-priced repair, including filing down a burr on the rim that had caused the flat. Two ways John went beyond the call of duty--giving me a free swap for my spare tube (which was incompatible with the rim) and a free ride back to the motel. (BTW, I later found that with a new rim strip, which was thinner and has less friction than the original, I can now get the tire over the rim myself.)
