The Lodge At Jackson Village

Stayed here for a weekend. The room was clean but their were ants in the bathroom. When I went to the desk to inform them no one was there. I only saw a staff member once whilst I was in the lodge and that was when we were leaving. I emailed them to inform them after our stay and they didn't get back to us. The hotel overall was a bit dated and the breakfast was decidedly average. I would suggest looking for other places to stay.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER We couldn't get to the hotel because of the storm, so I called to tell them we couldn't come as it was too dangerous for our safety and asked for a refund. We were told that as we had booked through Booking it was not possible. I called Booking who told me that there was no problem with the refund, that they would send a request to the establishment so that we could be reimbursed. Since then nothing, they've been playing dead, no response from the hotel despite my reminders! This establishment is to be AVOIDED!

Clean rooms. Good price. Friendly staff at the front counter. I've only ever stayed here for a quick overnight where I arrive after 8PM and leave before 7AM. Great experience every time I've stayed here.
